Marie, my doula, you accompanied me during my third pregnancy, and for that, I am very grateful to you!

It was very important for me to have someone by my side who not only informed me about the complications of childbirth but also provided emotional support. Fortunately, I was able to talk to Marie about how I was feeling very often. She listened to me and was there for me with advice and assistance. Marie's preparation was also very understandable and informative, so I was able to learn many new things about pregnancy and childbirth. This allowed me to reflect on my thoughts with experience. I found the breathing positions very inspiring, and I found the topic of "epidural" very interesting.

Furthermore, she was always a pleasant and calm presence for me.

During the birth, she stood by my side with great familiarity, and making decisions was easier for me because we exchanged important information at all times. She created a relaxed atmosphere in my room with lights and certain essential oils, but the most beautiful part was the pressure she applied when I had a contraction.

My conclusion: This was my third pregnancy, and all three pregnancies went very well and without complications for me, but with an experienced doula, I never felt alone. With Marie by my side, I felt much safer, and we celebrated the birth of my daughter together.
